Fast growing , two-needle pine
with a mature height of 60'. Needles are 4 to 6" long , cones are smallish. It
is highly tolerant of city conditions making it an excellent selection for
ornamental plantings in urban areas. Will grow in heavy clay to sandy soils;
tolerant of drought conditions. Can be used in windbreaks, shelterbelts, land
reclamation, hedges; can also be used as a specimen. Hardy to zone 2. Native to

A very adaptable spruce, it
has a mature height of 30' to 60' in the landscape, larger in the wild. A slow
to medium grower with leaves that are 3/4" to 1 1/2" in length varying in color
from grass green to a silvery blue. Prefers rich, moist soil and full sunlight.
